How long will it take to receive my order?

Items usually ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order and cleared payment and are expected to be delivered within 3–5 business days unless Priority Shipping is selected at checkout.

Custom designs and pieces requiring size adjustments take longer to be ready to ship. If you need your item(s) within a specific time frame, please let us know – we are happy to work with you. For more information regarding customization, please check out the Custom Orders page.

 

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to love your jewelry, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are more than happy to exchange or refund your order within 30 days. Please note that there are no refunds on shipping costs and you are responsible for your own shipping and insurance costs when returning any items. Will you ship to an international address?

Yes, we ship worldwide to confirmed addresses. Please note that international orders may be subject to import and customs fees upon arrival to the destination country. We are not responsible for any import or customs fees or delays in shipping to international locations if items are held in customs. What if my order arrives damaged?

Susan Brackett Designs ships all orders with insurance through USPS. If it arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and I will provide you with all the information you will need to file a claim with the shipping service.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes we do and it’s automatically included. All items are carefully wrapped in tissue, packaged in a cushioned jewelry box and tied with a ribbon.  If you would like a handwritten gift message included with a card, please let us know and we will be happy to include it for you at no cost.
