Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policy

Items usually ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order and payment has cleared. Orders are expected to be delivered within 3–5 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier. If you would like to expedite your order please select Priority Shipping at checkout or contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to work within your desired time frame.

Orders will be sent via USPS and shipping confirmation emails with tracking numbers will be provided whenever available.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import and customs fees upon arrival to the destination country. We are not responsible for any import or customs fees or delays in shipping to international locations if items are held in customs.


Gift Wrapping

All items are carefully wrapped in tissue, packaged in a cushioned jewelry box and tied with a ribbon.  If you would like a handwritten gift message included with a card, please let us know and we will be happy to include it for you at no cost.


Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to love your jewelry, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are more than happy to exchange or refund your order within 30 days. All returns or exchanges require our authorization and you must notify us to initiate a Return Authorization (RA). Please email us at or through the Contact Us page and we will provide you with instructions as to how to proceed. No credit or refund will be given on returns without a valid Return Authorization.

Please note that there are no refunds on shipping costs and you are responsible for your own shipping and insurance costs when returning any items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All items must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on custom orders, altered items, gift cards, digital downloads, clearance items, any item returned more than 30 days after delivery, not in its original unused condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item and notify you of the status of your return request. If approved your full refund of the purchase price (minus the cost of shipping) will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will provide you with all the information you will need to file a claim with the shipping service.
